2.3 We accept payments via Cash on Delivery
2.4 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Customers must complete full payment to the delivery person before opening the package. Packages cannot be opened before payment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
3.2 We currently offer nationwide shipping only. International shipping is not available at this time.
3.3 Customers will receive updates once their order has been shipped. Feel free to DM us for more details.
3.4 While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or logistical challenges may cause occasional delays.
3.5 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Exchanges

4.1 No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4.2 We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged.
4.3 Customers must inspect their items immediately upon arrival. If you find any damage, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4.4 To request an exchange for a damaged item, please DM us or email us with:

A description of the damage
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
4.5 We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
4.6 Opening the package before payment may impact your eligibility for returns.
4.7 The delivery person is not authorized to handle product-related concerns. Please contact us directly for assistance.
